Fragments in IOTA's "Diverse 1500" Library have been specifically synthesised to cover
"diverse" chemical space. The majority of these fragments are unique to IOTA – they cannot be purchased elsewhere. Most of the fragments are soluble at 1mM, obeying the Astex
"Rule of 3". |

Individual fragments from IOTA’s "Diverse 1500" Library can be purchased in 80 fragment
"sets". Selection of the fragments within each set can either be made by computational chemistry screening of the
"Diverse 1500" Library against your target of choice under confidentiality, or selected by performing a complete biochemical screen of the
"Diverse 1500" against your target of choice, followed by
"hit" purchase. IOTA can ship appropriate quantities of the
"Diverse 1500" library to your labs for screening, or we can run your screen in IOTA’s labs under your scientist's direction – it's your choice. |
